Participant Procedures & Rules

All registrations/applications must be received no later than May 10, 2024.

Participants will be able to set up Friday from 3:00 to 6:00 PM. There will be security on site overnight, however, we don’t recommend leaving valuables or items that could get damaged by weather. We will not be held responsible for items left overnight.

Set-up will begin again at 7:00 am on Saturday morning. All set-up must be completed by 9:00 am, which is when the gate will open for spectators (Opening Ceremony at 10:15 am).

Each participant group is being provided with a 10x10 space (unless otherwise requested) for a tent/canopy. You must provide your own tent/canopy, unless you have confirmed Premier Clan status. Regardless of status, you must provide your own table, chairs, etc.

For Premier Clan tents, if you opt for an additional 10x10 space ($25), it may be across the aisle from, not next to, your Premier tent, depending on availability.

There is no reserved parking for participants, except Athletes.

There is no access to electric or water.

Clan tents on the inside row must not block the view of the field with their displays.

​Each Clan or Vendor will receive three spectator entries. If you purchase additional spaces, you will be issued one extra admission ticket per additional space. Additional tickets can be purchased online or at the gate.

Dogs and outside alcohol are not permitted.
